Build a simple Shopping Cart

Hi I have this task to complete but i don't have time. So i have this website in html and i created a database. I need someone that would add couple of page and some simple query. This website won't go online so i don't need any kind of security system or complicate query. It's as simple as Insert,Update,Delete query without any check. It's just an example i need to have. In the specific: -Simple user registration (just a query that insert the data in the user table without any check if exist or not) -Insert product in a table (again, no check are necessary) -Delete Product by searching by name -Modify Product by searching by name -Adding a product to the cart -Show the cart -Remove a product -User Login The only important thing is if the user it's not registerd when he try to add a product redirect first to login or register and when he does the product he adds would be registered with his ID. But don't need any checkout for the shopping cart or other. As i said has to be as simple as possible.
