Convert Existing Seller Deck Site to Mobile Responsive V12 2013

IMPORTANT: You need to be experienced in SellerDeck (previously called Actinic) Software and only bid if you are familiar with this program! I am looking for an experienced coder who is familiar with SellerDeck Ecommerce Software and 2013 v12 Templates. I am using business plus V12 2013 version only for my ecommerce site and would like you to convert my existing theme to have a mobile responsive design. It needs to pass the Google Mobile Checker. IMPORTANT: Please do not send general messages saying you can do the project if you do not have experience with Seller Deck Design or Themes. Even if you are a user and have a suitable theme then I may consider accepting this so I can import it and adjust, I can make the modifications myself but might need a little help or guidance if considerably different. I will provide you with a snapshot of the site and will import you completed work.
