Hi, I work on Magento and its backend like creating observers, classes, xml layouts and other things and also am proficient on the customization of the front end admin like attributes, attribute sets, categories, store views, desgin themes, customization of policies, description policies and sync as well Please if you can send more information on your website and what you like to sell online, I can send you a checklist and tasks that needs to be done to take the site from 0% to 85% completion stage, then we need comments from testers, users, orders, paypal or paisacheckout and how it integrates to the site and then work on it as well, So, it is like a team work and we need to be very patient all through till completion, This is my experience in magento for the past five years or so and learnt it all the hard way.
