We Have Mobile Phone Accessories / Maintenance Shop , We focus on Retail Sales and We have some wholesale clients as well ... We need Easy-to-use Inventory Management System which we can use to enter our purchases / sales / Salaries / Expenses / Financial Accounting / POS / Integrated Maintenance Management Solution /Several Warehouse Support / Detailed Reporting / User Permissions .... ETC . There is several CRM Solution Which Support all this , but we need to customize to have easy GUI shows the things we need only . some highlights : - the barcode is the product number and it based on products tree creation ( item # : 01001001 - first level 01 , second 001 third 001 ) - the POS must be easy to use , Customized POS options by Admin , Support Cash/Credit Sales ,Cash Sales or Customer account . - the Maintenance Management support Printing Maintenance Receipt with the details written by the Reception User ( With Picture Option using USB Cam ) , SMS Sending to Customer When Status Updates , and spare parts stock integrated with the main system . - Must Have Easy to Use Barcode printing options , Customized Receipt / Invoice Printing Using Dot-matrix , Laser and Receipt Printers . - Recommend to Have Ready Accountant Tree ( Customer Account , Client Account , Employee Account ... etc ) - Support Multi-Branch to use in Near Future. - Support Local and Hosted Installation . - Good Backup System . - Support English + Other language , you must offer a way for us the do the translation phrase by phrase using script or file upload to the system so we can do the translation. some of the features i may forget to mention and some others from above can be revised if required. accounting skills are required to do this project successfully .
