Hunting for a co-founder

Hi this is bit of off-context to be on freelancer website. I am doing this as a part of networking. I am CEO and founder of Battasha Innovative Solutions, a IT based service start-up, started in Jan-2016. I am looking for a co-founder, preferably from Bangalore but not limited to. Currently I am working on 3 projects - 1 from India, 1 from Dubai and 1 from UK. Apart from these 3 projects, the company is still at a very premature stage. I am at a stage of building company values from scratch. I am looking for someone who is interested to be part of a start-up as one of the founders. I am hunting for 1. Someone with similar aim and ambition as mine - to grow a start up into a renowned business entity. 2. Someone who is ready to take up challenges and initiatives in a leadership role. 3. Someone who is ready to put in 6-8 hours of dedicated effort with a vision in mind. 4. Someone who is relatively OK for suggestions and discussions and to come up with valued inputs. I am looking for someone to share the company building burden along with me in either of the areas like 1. Marketing and business development 2. Technology focus, 3. Operations, company culture, project execution and quality standards 4. Finance, Legal advise and accounting 5. HR and management I am all ready to discuss in detail with you and reveal more information about the current company status, future plans and other things. I am preferably looking for someone from Bangalore, India so that face-to-face communication becomes easier. However, I am open to anyone who is genuinely interested from any part of the world. Also, note: I am not looking for any investors or any kind of investment from the to-be founders. Please bid on this only if you have similar plans and genuinely interested.
