India Service Tax opinion required for an online event aggregator/organizer

1. We are an online event organizer (events are classes) 2. We charge a monthly subscription fees to customers (lets say Rs. 1,000 per customer) 3. The we get various teachers/instructors to come and conduct those classes/events fixed number of times as week (for this example, assume 7 days a week). Most of these teachers/instructors do not pay service tax or have service tax registration. 4. Assume we have 100 customers, so at Rs. 1000 a customer, our monthly sales are Rs. 1 lac 5. Our payout is variable, in order to build customer base, for first few months we have to incur a loss. So for example we may have a monthly sale of Rs. 50,000 but our payout to instructors is Rs. 55,000. In other words, since we are a subscription model, we do not work on commission basis (so we cannot charge service tax only on commission portion) and pass on the rest to instructors. 6. But typically our sales and payouts may look like this: Rs. 1 lac sales per month, payout may be Rs. 90,000 to various instructors (for this example sake, assume Rs. 1000 paid to 90 different instructors). How do we minimize our service tax exposure? If we have to levy 14.5% service tax on all our sales, customers would not be pleased with the price hike. Need a professional opinion which we can follow.
