Help me advertise my youtube channel (do not bid unless it can be done with real subs)

I need someone to help me share my channel with people who will share the channel with more people. I pretty much am asking for help advertising my channel, this will be hard because I am not wanting a bunch of accounts to subscribe and then never watch my videos but I want each account to be a different person so Im able to earn subs and views. Im wanting to earn enough subs to get to 300 or 500 but its gotta be real people not multiple accounts of one person since once again i need views. Please advertise in the U.S as well as other places but I mostly want it advertised in the U.S.
