I am an IT engineer and I work exclusively with Stock Market projects. In your specific case, usually I'd write here details about how I will design, build and deliver your project, but the only information I have about your project is that it will work for Stocks and it is a Swing Trading strategy. With this I will assume that, you need to keep track of several Tickers/Symbols to meet your specific criteria, it is possible that you may be looking for Order and Position management in the application as the trades for Swing strategies involve usually positions for multiple days/weeks or even months.
