Here as you said there will be one application for users and one admin panel where you want to show the quotes or greetings to the users but the question is where the database will create or where the images will be stored online. We have some options for this that we can use like firebase, back4app or your own server but I will prefer to use firebase for this type of project. Second, you didn't mention where these quotes or greetings will be uploaded??. Is the user can upload any quotes? or the admin can only upload or both the user and admin can upload? Third is the only admin will create the categories or the user can also create it. Third, if the user will create the quotes will they need your approved before publishing? I have some types of questions that I need to ask and some more like about notifications etc so I will prefer if you can please message me so we can discuss or if you have the UI/UX design you can share it with me.
