please read the requirements in details before giving and bid summary: to develop a flutter qr scan code that do the following 1- on the home screen, a button on the up right corner to select the language of the application (ex: arabic and english), this button controls the text appears over all the application, for example buttons, menus, etc... 2- on the home screen, a button on the middle of the screen to start qr scan process 3- once qr scan button pressed, camera is opened, get the maximum zoom capability of the camera, zoom the camera to the maximum zoom 4- continuously search for qr to scan it 5- once found, display result function is called, in this function a sound file(s) will be played from application assets depending on the following - if qr result is (q1 for example) and language is arabic , then file q1_ar will be played - if qr result is q1 and language is english then q1_en file is played - if qr result is q2 and language is arabic then q2_ar file is played - if qr result is q2 and language is english then q2_en file is played 6- application code needs to be clear, exceptions are handled, class names, variable names and function names are describing its functionality, comments are describing every section of the code 7- after finishing the application, developer needs to send video file demonstrating the application with it's functionality on a real device, once functionality in the video is accepted so that no more modifications are needed, developer to send the code to me, so that i can test it in my environment, once tests are completed successfully, money will be released, budget 100$
