restart android application after a period of time

I bought a "TV Android BOX" device, make and model: VONTAR X3. Runs: Android 9 I bought it expressly to use it together with the "IVMS-4500" application, to view live surveillance cameras on a TV. I don't know exactly why, but after running for 15-20 minutes, the app starts to fail, in the sense that some surveillance cameras freeze. The program does not freeze, only some surveillance cameras. The only solution I have to fix the situation is to exit the application, and enter again. I use this application on several devices, but I do not have these errors. Maybe this “Android Box TV” is weaker, or I can't explain exactly why this error occurs to me. I put gigabit internet on the plug, because I thought it was because I wasn't getting enough WiFi internet, but it still didn't fix. I need a program / application to do the following for me: 1) To run automatically as soon as my device opens, that is, to start running as soon as my device turns on and finishes booting. 2) Open the "IVMS-4500" application 3) After 5 minutes to stop the application "IVMS-4500" 4) And start it again. (Note: 25 seconds must be elapsed between step 4) and step 5). 5) And do this action repetitively, every 5 minutes. I mention that I did the following automations for the whole system: a) I set a TV on time, and a TV off time (my TV had this timer setting) b) to start the “Android TV Box”, I put a programmable electrical outlet that gives power to the device at a certain time. When the device receives power, it starts automatically. c) I found an application on Google Market that would start a certain application at boot time, that is, I found an application that would start my IVMS-4500 application as soon as the device opened. d) and at the end, at a certain time, I found an application that would turn off my device, then the programmable socket would take the power to the device, and the TV would also turn off I thought of everything as best I could. But later this problem appeared with the IVMS-4500 application, by the fact that I have already explained it to you, namely that after 10-15 minutes about 4 surveillance cameras, out of a total of 9 pieces, actually freeze, and only a restart of the application can make them run fluently again. I found an application that records all the commands you want and then does them repetitively (loop), only it lacks a single function, namely that it does not know how to start automatically, once the andoird device is booted. The application is called "Touch Recorder", and because of that I can't use the "Touch Recorder" application because it doesn't know how to run automatically when my device starts.
