I want to make changes to the Android Chat App (Dating App)

My budget for this application is low. Requested changes: 1. User can only send messages to 20 people within 24 hours. If the user wants to send a message to more people when the limit is reached, he can continue using 3 credits per person. 2. At the start of the chat, the user can send only 2 messages. If the opposite user sends back messages, normal conversation can be resumed. If the first user wishes to continue to send messages in the absence of a back message from the other user, he can send three more messages using 1 credit per message. 3. Picture and video can only be sent to the opposing user after throwing back the message. 4. In normal settings, message reception is available to all users. However, when the user closes it, pro users can send messages without obstructions. Non-pro can send messages by paying 3 credits. 5. If the option to receive messages from the entire user is turned off, the message can be discarded if option 2 adds one to each of the two users. (No need to be pro or pay credit after reciprocal bookmarking.) 6. The picture or video in the visible Stream window can be shared by paying 2 credits for each situation. 7. Pro user will have 100 credits.
