WAP and WEB forum systems.

hi, i am looking for somebody with experience in WAP and website development.I want forum systems that can be accessed via a WAP phone and on the internet. They must be well designed with the use of colour on the WAP version (login pages etc).And if possible, to add emoticons onto [login to view URL] bare in mind that some phones can not view colour,so this needs to be taken into account. You can either code it from the start,or use pre-made [login to view URL] as those at wiforums.net. It must also contain the same kind of functions that are seen on [login to view URL] (this site uses the [login to view URL] systems, so it would not be violating copyrights).That will give you an idea of how much work is required. The coding must also be compatible with a linux server.
