Create Access Database Utility - Compare Two Lists

We are looking for a simple utility application that will compare two lists. It will preferably be created as an Access database, however we are open to other platforms, such as Excel VBA or Windows application. The user interface doesn't need to be pretty, just functional. The program will have two text input boxes (Box A and B), into which we can paste tab-delimited text, such as: John [tab] john@[login to view URL] Mike [tab] mike@[login to view URL] On pressing a button, the program will provide an output in three separate boxes: * "Only in Box A" -- The first box will show everything in Box A which isn't in Box B, using email address (column 2) as the unique identifier * "Only in Box B" -- The second box will show everything in Box B which isn't in Box A, using email address (column 2) as the unique identifier * "In Both Boxes" -- The third box will show those that are both in Box A and in Box B, using email address (column 2) as the unique identifier The output will be in a similar format as the input, with [name-column1] [tab] [email-column2] Please only bid if you're 100% certain of being able to do this.
