Adobe Illustrator Extension for stickers

We are looking for a developer to help create an extension for Adobe CS Illustrator that would take a single pieces of art repeat it to fill an artboard repeating the art as specified. This extension is used to create a "Sticker Sheet" including art layout and cut marks. The use would predefine: 1) Size of artboard Width 2) Size to make the art (either width or height and extension would scale proportionately) 3) The total times to repeat the art 4) The path to the art to use (choose file dialog) 5) The name of the finished file which will be used as a label on the finished artboard Once input the extension would: 1) Create an artboard the width as entered and the length calculate by the number of stickers on each page. 2) Step and repeat the selected artwork based on qty entered to fill the page 3) Create a large rectangle box 1" from each side that covers the entire layout and has a 1 pt stroke with spot color named "Throughcut" 4) Create a layer called "marks" and add our cut marks and use "name" to add label to Marks Layer 5) Create a new layer called Throughcut and move all strokes with the spot color named "Throughcut" to the new layer, Throughcut 6) Save the file as is 7) Save a copy the Throughcut layer only as filename & "-CUT" 8) Save a copy of art and marks layer as filename & "-PR" Extension would need to be compatible with Adobe Creative Suites v21 and up running on Mac OSX. I have attached a PDF that shows our original specs. Marks will change from what is in this spec
