Arduino and Computer C# communication example programs

*** You will need an Arduino Uno or similar for testing so please do not bid on project if you do not have one available for testing *** Need software example functions written to show how to communicate between an Arduino Uno and a computer using USB/Serial connection. This project is part of a larger project where multiple Arduinos talk to a single computer and is to get an understanding on how this might be done. The C# functionality must be in a new class so multiple instances can be made for multiple Arduino devices in the larger project. Functionality needed 1) C# Function to connect to Arduino and identify the Arduino using an ID/Serial stored as a variable on the Arduino. This will be used to scan all available comm ports and make sure the correct Arduino is connected too.. 2) C# Function to instruct the Arduino to turn on/off an LED. When the command is send to the Arduino, the Arduino must resend the string received back to the C# program so it can confirm the string was correctly received. If not received correctly it should resend the string 2 times then error. 3) Arduino function to send position data from Arduino to computer at 100ms intervals. This data will always be in the format sixteen (16) Booleans, followed by six (6) unsigned 16bit integers. The sixteen (16) Booleans should be converted into two bytes to be sent. Example data can be random values. 4) C# Function to receive, decode and display the data from #3 into sixteen (16) Booleans (from the two bytes) and six (6) unsigned 16bit integers.
