Edit an interview

I have a finished draft of a 2600 word advertorial that needs to be re-written or edited prior to submission to the journalist who will be interviewing me. It is a company description in the form of an interview with myself and one of my staff. There are facts and some minor technical details (we are a concrete company) that do not need to be fact checked - unless you feel they are contextually incorrect. I require someone to clean up the article so that it reads properly. The flow and order can be changed as if you are the interviewer or editor. The main objective is to have something ready for print to make the actual interviewer's job easier. Grammar is important, but more important is to take the existing article and polish it into a compelling story. My own words can be slightly changed - but only in order to clean up or eliminate repetitive statements. Statements outside of my quotations can be changed as you see fit. Two versions will be required: one roughly the same size as is provided to you and one about 1/2 to 2/3 the length. This is in order to give the journalist options and actual length will be at your descretion, so long as you create a similarly compelling narrative, while omitting what you see as being fine to leave out. You would base this on how you feel as the reader of what I have described - in other words, if it doesn't sound right, fix it or remove it. You must have more than excellent English skills as you will be editing my voice and I am a native English speaker. Do not bid on this project if you are not capable of writing a similar article yourself without anyone determining that English is not your first language. I do not care if you have an accent - I just don't want it coming through in my quotes. This is a simple task - The overall layout and what I have written is fairly good - and someone else will likely be rewriting it in their own voice - but I have editorial controls, so I want to start off with the article in my own words. I'm simply looking for someone who is a better wordsmith than I am to polish it up, edit it and move paragraphs to where they should be, if they need to be moved - a ghost-writer.
