Wir planen soeben ein kleines Einfamilienhaus (etwa 170m² plus Keller) welches wir dann als Familie beziehen wollen. Das 420 m² grosse Grundstück ist schon in unserem Besitz. Für die Erstellung eines optimalen Grundrisses benötigen wir die Hilfe von einem Fachmann (Architekt). Das Bojet soll 2 Stockwerke plus Kelller (nicht vollunterkellert) haben. 1x Elternschlafzimmer inkl. separate Ankleide (min. 25m²), 2x Kinderzimmer (jeweils min 14m²), 1 Bad (min. 12m²), 1 Arbeitszimmer (min. 9m²), Wohn und Esseberiech getrennt mit grosser Schiebtür (min. 60m²), WC in EG (min. 1,5m²) und GArage für ein Fahrzeug)
