Need Call center for my Start-up business

A Jamaica-based start up company is seeking to hire a remote call center or an Individual to fulfill our customer service remotely. Your daily task will be responsible for handling all calling tasks (inbound and outbound), responding to emails and interacting with new and existing customers, fielding customer questions and complaints. Escalating high priority issues to the management team.
