Fix this Error: Crystal Reports Errors

I have a asp.net application that has been developed off shore. It is a touchscreen kiosk application, an e-commerce module, a recurring payments module, a super admin and a client admin module. For the last three months, we have had random Crystal Reports Errors which cause the application to crash back to the Windows Desktop and thus causes the application not to process. Our off shore developers (which have been wonderful and attentive) cannot find a solution to this error. They have worked and worked and it still shows up on random sites. The same application will work fine on one kiosk but on another one, it throws this exception. I need a programmer that has dealt with this issue before.
