Real Estate/Auto Sale Web Application

Name: Web Lister Application Summary: Web site to list Property or Automobile for sale * Administrator or Sales Agent can Create/Modify/Delete Sale items(Listings) * Users/Customers send Windows SMTP email to the Listing agent via a picture verified(Spam Control) form(SenderEmail/SenderName/Subject/Message) located on the Sale Item detail page * Administrator configure the application via web pages and maintains users(Sale Agents) and their roles. * Administrator only can set a listing to be a featured item displayed on the home page • I have already created tables in MS ACCESS 2003 but you have to import these tables into MYSQL, right now I have approximately 40 tables but by the time I complete project specification there may be more than 40 tables. Right now I am preparing a brief specification for developers to guide program/process flow. This application is Multi-Language, Multi-Currency and very configurable, reason you see lot of tables involved in this application and you may have to perform many selects from database, example: display field/column/tab titles, texts, comments etc stored in database with language key. Hardware Platform: Intel Xeon (I386) Software Platform: • Windows 2008 Server (32 Bit Version) • IIS 6.0 • ASP.NET 3.5 • Microsoft Visual Web Developer 2008 Express(Visual Basic) • MySQL 5.0.5 • MySQL .NET Connector 5.1.6 • Java Script (Use Java script only at browser side programming, avoid browser side programming if possible) • Windows SMTP mail object Note: • I am planning to use this product at my web site and sell to my other customers. • Web site should be developed using ASP.NET 3.5 (Visual Basic) and ASP.NET AJAX, all web pages should be built with AJAX technology. • All web pages with no frames but use Table/Row/Cells • In future this application will be maintained using Microsoft Visual Web Developer 2008 Express(Visual Basic) free version, so make sure not to include any function that needs any licensed Visual Studio products like Visual Studio professional or standard or other higher versions • Do not add any licensed or GPL products/components/software in this application --------------------------------------------------- * I can pay by PayPal only * Provider must first develop "Web User Interface", if provider completed fully functional "Web User Interface" on time then I will let you to contine to work on "Agent Interface", "Application Administrator Interface" and rest of the application functions otherwise I reserve the right to cancel the project with no payments. * I will pay after 2 weeks from the project delivery date only if you deliver fully functional, bug free software that matches my specification on or before the project delivery date. * I may make some changes to my original specification before project delivery date, so include additional time and money when you bid. * I will fully own this software, you should not sell or distribute or copy this software without my written permission.
