Scheduling and Training Management System

This project is a rather large and ongoing project for the development of a full scheduling and training management system. It will be based on a Windows 8 (Metro) themed interface that needs to be supported on touch enabled devices including iPad, Windows and Android. The system will sit on a SQL database infrastructure and will be hosted on IIS. It will need to be able to scale to a large number of users and support multi-tenancy within the platform. Initial database schema's and basic storyboarding have been completed and are attached as files for reference in this bid. This project is for the delivery of a complete scheduling system along with a training management system. Some high level features include; -Scheduling of resources and instructors -Scheduling of resources without instructors -Notifications and alerts of up-coming schedules -Cancelling a booking due to a lit of reasons -Reporting -Individual user logins to create their own bookings -Tenanted by organisation (multiple orgs in the one platform and db) -Course management (lessons, outcomes enrolments). As you will notice from the attached DB schema the system will be quite large with many levels of integration between modules and components. To be successful in winning this bid you will need to provide; -Examples of previous work -Demonstrated capabilities in working with Ajax, HTML5, Metro Interface design, Touch enabled applications -Prepare a brief for us outlining examples / storyboards on what you would design -Clear English speaking communication skills -The ability to meet milestones and be paid based on timely delivery of key components (fully bug tested)
