Hi I do understand the requirement. Same dashboard is not possible with in the jira with default gadgets. We have to go with add on jira. Please confirm is it server or cloud?

If you have just clear OOB JIRA, there can be problem with iterative bars, but It could be possible, Solution depends on JIRA version and data availibility in JIRA :) If you have all data in JIRA as well it should be quiete easy

Out of interest I have designed workflows for 5 projects in my company. All of them used Kannan boards. I implemented logical workflows so that based on the criteria the tickets could be moved to next stage in the workflow automatically. If your requirement is similar I would be happy to help. Time duration would depend on the requirements.
