Editing and Clean up for Voice File

We are looking for a freelance audio specialist or technician who can help us to clean up and remaster our project voice audio files. The following is the highlights of the problem we are facing right now and what is needed to be done: 1. Some noise (hissing sound) on the background that need to be removed but without affecting the original voice quality. Therefore it is important that you must be experienced in noise removal method and well verse in audio editing software such as Adobe Audition (not Audacity) 2. Most of the recording are varied in their "volume" or amplitude. Some were a bit too soft and some are a little off. We need the audio files volume to be in acceptable level and consistent for all files. 3. Some of the recording were done relatively poorly where the some of the voice has high treble and some are low. We need this to be adjusted properly so that the sound are consistent. About the Audio Files: - Most of the recording & files are in average around 30 seconds (with pause in between dialogues) - For this project, we are trying out your skill, therefore, we will give you only around 12 sound files. Once we are convinced that you are the person we looking for to work long term, we will pass to you all other files as well to help us improve in separate project. Our requirement: - We would expect you to give us your best bid and whoever has the best bid, and able to produce the work we wanted, we will award them with this project. - Before awarding the project, we will need to test the final candidates by giving one of the sample files and you are required to do the clean up and remastering of that sample files. Once we are satisfied of your sample work, then we will proceed the award of the project - You have 3 days upon confirmation to have everything sorted out and pass back to us.
