Hi I can do this script perfectly in PHP and JavaScript. The saving of data can be done in MySQL, so that everything is tracked and counter never loses its position (for each client) I think this is how you want it - 1. When you activate the hot key, it will pop up a list of clients near the cursor and allow you to select the client 2. After client is selected, it will call the MySQL backend and get the latest part number for that client 3. The setting for prefix and suffix for each client (and whether to apply them or not during execution) can also be saved in database and the script will automatically apply those settings. The settings for prefix/suffix can be changed manually directly in MySQL very easily. Let's discuss more through chat Thanks
