I would like to be considered for this project. I am very familiar with automotive assembly lines and auto build practices and designs, and engineering. I can break down all the steps functions and general framework of staring a manufacturing company of that magnitude. There are several considerations to determine that effects the inception of the plan so we must be clear on several key issues to know before we begin. The biggest concerns are those that must be decided by the financier of the project. What market segment do we penetrate first? compact car? sedan? SUV? pick up?... then where to locate the plant? and the most important is what is the budget of the project. To build an auto assembly plant from scratch will be 3.5 billion not including the land. Tooling will cost another 1.5 billion. To be safe the financier must put 5.5-6.5 billion into the project. A prototype design must be made, and then prototype vehicle can be made and tested in "cyber space" to speed things up. so that will be a 12 month project, building a prototype vehicle will take another 12 months, during which time a manufacturing facility can be "roughed in" as far as design work and construct the "shell of the plant. When finalized we can start tooling, building all the assembly machines, and carriers for the assembly line, this should take another 12 to 18 months, so from design to production it can be done in 5 years. Hello, I have already experienced the electric car prototype processes with project Günsel in North Cyprus. We made a car from beginning to finish and we unveiled the first prototype car in February 2020 (If you type "Günsel" on youtube, you can find our videos.). I have already seen all the processes of that project. I was one of the critical fields in this project like the Battery Package but we didn't have many employers and I can see all processes of making prototype electric cars. I have already experienced batteries choosing, purchasing electric components, design in NX and Catia, development, testing, producing 3D printing parts for prototypes, ultrasonic applications of batteries, benchmarking know-how, and researches about batteries.
