Hi Kevhunt, I'm an Italian architect and I degree in Florence Architecture University in 7 years study career (see my profile). So I've 16 years experience as an architect and my main job is design private houses. in these houses I'm always the project manager and art manager for the building construction works. About this project, I can do for you some rough drafts and sketches by computer CAD and handmade, when you are satisfied I can design final project by CAD: plans, elevations, sections. It's possible also make 3D model and rendering to see the final look. I can sign and stamp the drowing if you need to county or town council for approval, in fact my architect Italian-European signature and stamp are valid in the whole world. In case, if you have a local architect or engeneer how can manage next also the building works, he could sign the whole project and my signature and stamp could be only in architectural drawing (maybe I think is better but no problem in any case). Sincerly in Italy the budget for architectural house design it's between 10 to 20 thousand €, but I really want to confront in international context and so here I am to help you.
