Over 10 years of experience in developing/collaborating with a complex CFD package called OpenFOAM. More than 20 years in C/C++. I have written numerous compilation recipes for this very complex package, over numerous Linux/Mac OSX flavours. Lots of experience using cmake/ctest. All this work was done publicly, my contributions are very easy to find. Just Google me up using OpenFOAM as a keyword. I will write all the information you need on a Wiki I will set up on your server. I can even help you run this software on your own HPC facility, if needed.
