Dear ThinkDone, I have many years hardware design and PCB layout experience mainly with small micro controller based designs - like this one. I would design this circuit around a small micro controller that would have internal storage for milage, trip and fuel together with enough i/o to drive the displays as required. There would also need to be an input from some form of fuel flow meter or tank gauge. I would design the required circuitry, produce schematic diagrams, layout the PCB and provide all gerber/drill data for you to produce the PCBs. I would write suitable firmware that would except the real time data and update the displays accordingly. You would build the PCB and connect to your sensors, test the firmware and report back to me any bugs or changes required. I hope this this bid is favourable to you.. I can do schematic, and firmware on AVR microcontrollers, for example, on Atmega 16. Can make PCB layot. I make devices in Code Vision AVR 2.05, and simulate it in Proteus 7.8
