Simple Inventory Update Software

Looking to have a simply software developed to update SKU and Quantity. Our internal SKU numbers are setup as DN##-SKU1234. • The DN is the prefix for each distributor. • ## is the number of time the SKU gets repeated. • SKU1234 is the original SKU We would like to upload into our software the list of our internal SKUs and would like to have them mapped to the Distributor SKU and show the Quantity available. We have multiple distributors that we work with who provide us a CSV, XLS, XML files. We would like the software to allow us to have different profiles for each distributor. We can use the DN prefix to MAP the file to the specific distributor. We also need a option to MAP what the SKU name and the Quantity name is in each distributor's file since they are all different. We also will need the profile to be able to handle multiple files per distributor since some provide us a different file per category. We would also like to have a option when setting up the profile to subtract a certain inputted amount to keep a reserve line. For example if a distributor has 50 quantity available than we would like to input a number such as 5 and it will show that there are 45 Available instead. If there are 4 on hand and we put the reserve as 5 than it should show 0 in our quantity. Once the software RUNS we need the quantity next to our internal SKU numbers. Please note since we use DN01-, DN02-, DN03-, each internal SKU should have the quantity next to it in a excel file or CSV file. For SKUs that are no longer available in the distributor file we would like to show our quantity 0. Once profiles are ran we need a report to be also made that shows which SKUs have been changed, which SKUs are not in our inventory, and which SKUs are in our inventory that are no longer in the distributor inventory. More will be discussed with you in detail once project is approved.
