Hi, From what I see its a pretty simple application. It can be easily done with C#. Just a simple animations running on top of the screen. It shouldn't take longer than a couple of days, a week max but it could also depend on if you want any other specific features added to it or not. Either way, it shouldn't be a hard project for me and I will try to deliver it quickly Thanks.
