I'm designer of Naze32 (you might have heard of it) flight controller and I've written baseflight firmware for the said controller. Have experience with various sensors from back when gyro only had one axis, came in a ceramic package, and needed one per axis, to newest Invensense stuff like ICM-series acc/gyro, as well as MPU etc. Work would be done in Altium designer. Per/hr is expensive, but I know what I'm doing, so it doesn't take long.

Hello. I'm excited to work on this drone project with you. Aircraft are a real passion of mine and my time with the Air Force has put me up-close and personal with all kinds of manned and unmanned craft. Small PCB's are no problem for me. You want it light and cheap for a drone, but something that is going to be reliable. Noisy motors are going to try interfering with your control systems, but a clean PCB layout is going to keep that from happening. If you're working towards a salable product, then you will need to get IC and/or FCC certifications. I've been there and can help you get past those tricky tests. On the firmware side, I've written my own code for many different projects. I've also deciphered code from other's, which can be a very frustrating thing. Predictability is the key to drone firmware. You do not want a flyer ignoring your commands. I'm happy to discuss this with you further and answer any questions you have. Let's get this micro drone buzzing!

In my opinion it could be hard to find one expert experienced in both areas: firmware & hardware (Micro PCB, ESC and brushless motors) but seeing the amount of bidders... you may have a chance.
