mouse control use kinect (sdk 2.0)

Dear Sir, My name is Ng Win, I have worked with Kinect SDK since 2012 and am a Microsoft Kinect for Windows 2.0 Alpha Developer since November 2013. I have successfully completed several commercial projects in K4W 2.0 Alpha and Beta. As per your description of the project, there will be a mouse pointer controlled by user's hand movement in real-time with configuration loaded at start-up. If all goes well this could be done in 2 days but I put down 3 days in the bid for a little tolerance.
