Develop Antivirus on DOT NET

I would like to know some more details before i accept this project because the budget is very low. If you can give me more details and if its possible for me to do the job within the budget i will take it up.

Hi I would develop an Antivirus software on .NET C# Programming with source Code as you mentioned.I would take 18 days to complete the project.

Breakup of how the project will be done: 1. Finding out the different types of virus. 2. Program for removal of virus. Please let me know if the virus requirements will be given or it has to be based on previous existing viruses. I know the solution for a couple of virus.

I can provide a clean beatiful UI with easy to navigate controls. The program will run fast and be able to scan a mulititude of files in little time as well as provide detailed reports on the findings.
