I need a c# code (.net 4) that parses a flat text data files, and puts the data in an array. Attached The 1st file, please bid for that file. after this file we will price every extra file. Do notice that the number of characters per column according to the content. i.e: in the attached file, the size of column "Name" is 5 because that's the size of the largest value (Test1), but if the largest value was Test1111, the column size was 8. The output I expect of the code is an Array of : class Vm { string Name; string State; etc.. }
