C# fix and help

First issue is this... I have a form with text boxes and a save button and when I press save the information is displayed into a listview. The ISSUE is its inputting the information but its NOT inserting the id of that newly saved record. I am sure this is such a simple fix but I have searched until I am done searching. I need the code to fix this. I have included the code I have for the save button The other issue is I have it so when a record is highlighted the edit button enabled and when pressed a form shows I need to have the information of that selected record to display in the form and to be able to be updated but once updated the boxes should clear out and selected item should no longer be selected as well as while edited if they should select where there is no information in the listview then it should all clear out as if they never did it. This I am not sure what I would need to send maybe the whole project but I am sure this is easy as well I feel sure this is not worth the posting but looking for offers that may peak my interest.
