local webpage to edit local sql database

looking to get a simple front end web page to edit sql server database, for user to be able to edit the data add or remove data but not to delete the complete table, the connection the the sql is always different and the table is also different, the connection to the server should not be visible to the end user but i should have the option to change it as needed, also to have the function to click on a row to open the item in a new tab in a form view for ez edit, I am creating a local sql database for my customers for items they are selling, each customer have different fields for the items, and i am looking for a ez way for them to edit or enter data the back end is sql server but i am looking for a front end webpage with asp.net
