I have a 13' x 11'x10" bedroom that I need to turn into something special. I'd sleeper sofa (Queen), I'd like a nice looking leather recliner (clean lines), a very functional desk (work station), 65" 4K TV... A very nice "Transitional" rug on the new hardwood floor, a piece of furniture... to put books... accessories on. I'd like a golf / southwestern (no tacky / Kachina dolls...) classy. See photo for ref. The large window faces dead north, and the small high window faces East. The attached bedroom pic was taken by the Seller, since then it's empty with new laminated hickory hardwood floors.
