Hello! First: please do not aply if you are from INDIA. I am looking for a Cosmetic Chemist who can help me create skin and hair care formulas and products. I have some ideas, but I need the expertise of a cosmetic chemist to create the formulas. Products are intended to be vegan, sustainable, free of sulfates, phthalates, parabens, artificial fragrances, artificial dyes, drying alcohols, DEA, animal ingredients, urea, and soy / palm oil. etc The brand focuses on creating products with a lowwaste or Tropical theme, so all products will have unique ingredients. I am looking for someone who is exceptional in communication (I want to be as involved as possible in creating these products), as well as someone who has substantial experience creating formulas. The ideal candidate is passionate and well versed in skincare, and is familiar with trending ingredients (the good and the bad). I hold a Bachelors of Pharmacy from the University of Medical Sciences and Technology. I am very familiar with pharmaceutical chemistry, biochemistry, medicinal chemistry as well as Phytochemistry. I have deep knowledge of pathology which always me to tell what functional groups or active principles can do to and for certain conditions. I'm familiar with sourcing of packaging materials. I'd say I have good interpersonal and communication skills, I'm a team player, when embarking on such a journey its important to understand the importance of team work as this is an multidisciplinary project.
