5 years experiencie in instructional design

Hi there, I see you're looking for someone with instructional design skills to develop the storyboard for your e-learning courses. Does the work also involve collaborating with SME, vendors and other content providers? One question, is there a design document in place or that needs to be created as well? Also how about the end and enabling objectives? Have those been etched and content and assessment mapped to the same? Some clients also have an all inclusive single, detailed document that has the design and storyboard embedded into one. I'm assuming you'd also have storyboard templates then. Also voiceover transcript templates? I'm a senior instructional designer, trainer and assessor, NLP practitioner and an online course facilitator.
