write terms & conditions, privacy notice, FAQ for my job site

hi, i will be launching a job site soon, which has some elements of a typical job classified site but when new features not found on other job sites. as this site is brand new, i need someone to create these sets of documents pertaining to the site features. 1. terms and conditions 2. privacy notice 3. faq ( i will give you access into the site so you can learn how to use the site and its features) 4. documentation for job poster and job applicant accounts. As part of this, i will also need you to test out the site, because you will be using it and provide any bug reports. The site has been tested already but i need a 3rd opinion to spot any problems. as payment for accounts on the site are in paypal, i will also need you to test the payment system. all costs will be reimbursed, with paypal fees. pls quote your experience and cost / duration of entire project. thanks
