Writer for text proposal

I need a writer to help write a classified ad. (max. 1000 chars) Its for a case of someone who went bankrupt because people he trusted stole lot of company money he had invested. His ideas were not bad and he still is very confident to restart such a business but needs to convince outside people to invest in the idea. As many "partnership requests" on internet are scams he wants to prove his sincerity by even requesting a partner that will invest and head the company at the same time. He himself doesn't want access to the finance. This way investor(s) protect their own money! Avoiding scam or whatsover by entrusting it to others. He will only need to have a legal contract stating his share in the company & profit made based on his plan/strategy/input etc. He believes his plan is fair but you may comment it as you are the one who will write the short story for the classified ad. Also you'll write the follow-up story that will detail the idea more by email. This email will be sent to any response he feels is a potential serious investor. Mentionning it all in a classified ad is not secure so better it occurs individually by email.
