convert fortran to c++

Hello, expert in Fortran and C++ programming here. Please send me the Fortran code you need converted to C++. I will need to read the original code in order to understand how much work is involved. Other thing to keep in mind is that C++ doesn't have Fortran's matrix functionality, depending on the original code we may need to use a library Armadillo to supply this functionality to C++.
