Unreal Engine Programmer Expert

For a game project in a top down view, I'm looking for a skilled programmer in Unreal. What you should bring: - minimum 3+ years, preferably 5+ years of C++ programming in Unreal - using Unreal Engine 5.0+ and not an stone age version of it - NOT being in a University right now - NOT watching YouTube videos to get an idea how things work - done several projects which you can show us - able to provide a test game file for play testing and being able to change values e. g. a button or so where you can add player levels, status points, skill points etc.) - able to install a GUI properly - able to program very complex codes (using skills with conditions, pre conditions and so on) - able to work on time and deliver quickly - making complex and intelligent monster AI behaviour (tricking players, fooling them with attacks but interrupts them) - a quick internet connection, as there will be plenty of GB's of data to down- and upload daily (minimum 30 Mbps, better 50+ Mbps of upload speed) I will provide the monsters, some are with basic animations, some have none. The animations will be probably done by our second programmer, but if skilled with animations, you can do that as well for a little extra bonus. Also, I'll provide you a game project sheet, where I wrote everything down how monsters and such should behave and so on and so forth. Please bid and tell me, how much you ask for per day and how many hours you're able to work per day / week. Budget of the project is a placeholder.
