Please do not bid over 15 to save your time on this popup 1 page, 1 day. Create a HTML5 page with 1 link and a div box popup that all I can need is take your css/js and put the id in a link and in a html div it should on click fade in a poup, details below and mockup example attached . When you click link it should open a poppup Note: you will create css or with pure javascript (no library) so if I place an id named: popupAnywhere in any text link on any web page when that link is cicked it should open the div as in design here making web page opacity .5 and fades in a popup div box of 400pxwide x 450pxheight centered regardless of window sizes with a close button on top right half out of box when closed button is clicked it should fadeout to disappear opacity and poup box. Must be compatible on mobile browsers should not need any resize of font or text in div there will be some form element and text as example wireframe there.

Hello Dear Client ! I have read your requirements but the kind of work you want can be more efficiently done using jQuery rather than JavaScript alone. It will be more complex to handle all such things in JavaScript. Using jQuery I can make you dynamic plug in kind of thing, you will be able to add/edit contents easily and show this thing in any page you want as per your need. But we will have to use a very small size jQuery library. Let us do it. Thanks.
