Basically, i have a page that is not scrollable (noscroll). The footer (the golden bar at bottom) is suppose to show up at the bottom so it looks like:

But it is not cross browser friendly. When viewed on internet explorer with many toolbars installed, the footer bar gets cut off like this, most probably because the central div has a fixed height:

**I want the central content div to have a flexible height that takes up the space between the header and the footer. And have an equal margin-top and margin-bottom from the header and footer.**
Must work on all browsers, and fixed within 24 hours of bid acceptance.

Note that there is an [login to view URL] but for firefox, it will redirect to index-ff.html. So these 2 are the files that you have to work on. Thanks!
## Deliverables

(No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
