Customer Service Manager Poland Language Skills: Polish and English Responsibilities: Customer Support and Sales Work Schedule: Flexible hours We are looking for a Customer Service Manager based in Poland who is fluent in both Polish and English. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and driving sales growth. This position offers flexible working hours to accommodate individual schedules. Customer Manager Poland We are the UK leading online end of life static caravan and mobile home supplier Caravanbreakersnearme.com. We supplied static caravans to various countries throughout Europe in our first year of trading we supplied in excess of 60 units to Poland. Our business model is unique due to not having any middle men and work in an agile environment. This allows us to sell our units up to 40% cheaper than other suppliers. We are looking for a Polish national located in Poland Skills: clear communication skills both English and Polish, computer literate including google docs. Previous sales experience is preferred. Motivated and beagle to manage customer relationships and create new ones. Administration background is preferred. Role: You will be responsible for contacting all the static caravan retailers in Poland creating a relationship with the buyers. Sending them all of our new stock as they come in and booking the sale. You will then be responsible for filling out the needed export paperwork. Then liaising with the holiday park or private owner in the UK and the buying company in Poland to book transport slots. This role is fully supported by the UK sales team. Currently this is not a full time role we will be paying an hourly rate + commission $200 on every sale. There are around 40 retailers of static caravans in Poland. List and training will be provided. The sales process is very simple and the units we provide are normally sold within 24 hours and we have new stock weekly. You will work directly with a UK rep.
