Duties: - Taking Calls - Helping customers to place orders - Helping customers to locate their packages - Solving issues with customers - Order Status - Follow-ups - Reporting damaged orders to the warehouse - Answering emails Experience in sales calls is a must. Time Zone: Atlantic Standard Time Monthly payment: $450 USD Working Shifts: Mondays and Friday - From 9:00 am to 4:00 pm This is EXCLUSIVELY for a long-term position. Good luck!

Hi, I read your project description and I understand you need a person but I can propose you a better solution, why not to go for calling bots? as that will cost you much less? Imagine 1000 calls per day. We would need recordings or scripts to make those recordings and need to customize our calling bot as per your needs then as per each response bot will choose a recording and it will look your representative and the bot will transfer you any potential leads only as per your guidance.
