I'm looking for someone who can perform the following tasks: - Recruitment: Actively search and identify potential candidates who match the job requirements. Experience in recruiting is highly advantageous. - Customer Support: Provide prompt and high-quality customer support to job applicants, addressing any issues or questions they may have. This role requires excellent customer service skills and fluency in English. - Application Processing: Manage all applications, including reviewing, organizing, and tracking applicant data using application tracking systems. Please note, prior experience in managing [login to view URL] postings or similar platforms and a deep understanding of applicant tracking systems is preferred.
