We are an online betting/casino company and we are seeking to recruit Account Managers based in Brazil. The successful applicants will be responsible for providing client service on an ongoing basis. Any previous experience within Sales, Business Development and/or Relationship Management will be considered an advantage, although candidates with little or no professional experience are also encouraged to apply. TASKS -The candidate must speak fluency in the Brazilian language and be willing and able to work at the beginning in a shift pattern (6 hours), covering working hours between 09:00 and 00:00. -The candidate must be able to contact (chat and call through our CRM) new users (supplied by the company), explain the site's functionality, help them get all the available bonuses, and make their first deposit. - The candidate must be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring their needs are properly addressed and solutions are promptly provided. -The candidate must be able to effectively communicate with clients and resolve issues on time and with professionalism. -The candidate must be able to contact periodically with his customers and support them with promotions. -The candidate has to know about online betting and casino games. Salary + bonuses for results *There is the ability, the successful Account Managers, to create their own groups of Account Managers and become a Group Manager with higher salaries and bonuses.
